He has obtained Master's degree in law from Sofia University 'St. Kliment Ohridski' in 2009, as well as Master's degree in European and International Business law from the University of Vienna in 2018.
Mr. Petar Peshkovski specializes in commercial and corporate law, insolvency proceedings, real estate deals, administrative law and public procurement, debt collection and enforcement proceedings.
Mr. Petar Peshkovski has significant experience and extensive knowledge in the area of international bank and corporate law, litigation, mergers and acquisition with cross-border element. He has participated in the capacity as legal consultant in numerous international deals concerning the acquisition and consolidation of shares and companies, significant experience of foreign investors in the Bulgarian business environment, including debt collection and creation of complex business solutions suitable for the local market.

Ms. Petya Angelova, Attorney-at-law, is member of Vratsa Bar Association since 2016. She has obtained Master's degree in law from Southwest university 'Neofit Rilski' in 2009.
