He has obtained Master's degree in law from Sofia University 'St. Kliment Ohridski' in 2009, as well as Master's degree in European and International Business law from the University of Vienna in 2018.
Mr. Peter Peshkovski specializes in commercial and corporate law, insolvency proceedings, real estate deals, administrative law and public procurement, insolvency and enforcement proceedings.
Mr. Peter Peshkovski has significant experience and extensive knowledge in the area of international bank and corporate law, litigation, mergers and acquisition with cross-border element. He has participated in the capacity as legal consultant in numerous international deals concerning the acquisition and consolidation of shares and companies.
Mr. Peter Peshkovski has a perfect command of English, German and French language.
Ms. Petya Angelova, Attorney-at-law, is member of Vratsa Bar Association since 2016. She has obtained Master's degree in law from Southwest university 'Neofit Rilski' in 2009.
